EP Tracker ("we," "us," or "our") operates eptrack.app, a real-time GPS tracking dashboard for Executive Protection (EP) operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our service.
We collect information you provide directly, including account credentials, device labels, and phone numbers entered into the system by system administrators. We also collect GPS location data transmitted by registered tracking devices.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number with any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are collected solely to deliver emergency panic alert notifications to pre-authorized Executive Protection team members.
SMS alerts are sent only when a tracked device triggers a panic event. Message frequency is low and event-driven — you will only receive a message when an active panic alert occurs. There is no marketing, promotional, or recurring scheduled messaging.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out of SMS alerts, contact your system administrator to have your number removed from the alert list. You may also reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
We use collected information to:
• Display real-time GPS location of registered devices on the tracking dashboard
• Send emergency panic alert SMS notifications to pre-registered team members
• Deliver browser push notifications when a panic event is detected
• Maintain location history for operational review
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, Clerk for authentication). These service providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Access to the dashboard is restricted to invited users via Clerk authentication. Location and alert data is stored on a secured server accessible only to authorized administrators.
Location history and alert records are retained for operational purposes. Phone numbers are retained until removed by the system administrator. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
EP Tracker is an invite-only platform. Only individuals explicitly authorized by the system administrator can access the dashboard or be enrolled to receive SMS alerts.
